Returns Policy
Delivery of orders
Islamic Ayat will try to dispatch all orders the same day they are received or on the next working day. Please note that when an order has been dispatched, a dispatch confirmation email is automatically sent to your email address. The purpose of this email is to alert you of imminent delivery.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail unless specified otherwise.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from delivery. You must notify us in writing of your intention to cancel within 14 working days from delivery. We will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
- Goods must be returned As New in any original packaging.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days.
- Sale and discounted items can only be exchanged and not refunded.
Please note:
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation by Islamic Ayat in the form of a returns number that we will issue you with. The returns number is valid for up to 7 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you.
You must return the unwanted items at your own expense and risk using the address label provided. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the post, therefore we recommend sending your returns via a traceable delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
